Return Policy

At Lureto, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an order, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, and we offer free returns.

This Return Policy applies to purchases made through www. l ureto-atelier.com.

1. 30-Day Free Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Our 30-day return period is an additional return service offered by Lureto and does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including your legal 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

You do not need to provide a reason for returning an item within our 30-day return period.

2. Free Return Shipping

Returns under this 30-day return policy are free of charge.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Lureto will cover the standard cost of returning eligible items under this policy.

3. How to Start a Return

Your name
Order number
The product(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return, if you wish to provide one

Providing a reason is not required for a standard return.

We will provide you with the return instructions.

4. Condition of Returned Items

We accept returns provided that the item is returned in a condition that allows it to be resold.

You may open and inspect the product as you reasonably would in a shop.

Items should therefore be:

Unused or only minimally handled
Clean
Undamaged
Returned with the original accessories, where applicable
Returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible

If an item has been used, damaged or handled more extensively than necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective or does not conform to the agreement.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may be excluded from return where an applicable legal exception applies.

For example, a product that has been personalised or made specifically according to the customer's specifications may not be eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal where the legal requirements for the exception are met.

If a particular product cannot be returned under our 30-day return policy, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page before purchase.

6. Return Period

Your return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once you have contacted us and received return instructions, please send the item back without undue delay.

We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For a standard return under our 30-day return policy, the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded.

If the original order included shipping costs, the treatment of those costs will depend on whether the return is being made under our voluntary 30-day return policy or under your statutory right of withdrawal.

Where you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable 14-day period, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment, in accordance with applicable Dutch consumer law.

We will not refund additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option chosen by you.

8. When Will I Receive My Refund?

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible.

For statutory withdrawals, refunds will be made within the legally applicable period. We may wait until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

For returns made under our additional 30-day return policy, refunds will normally be processed after the returned product has been received and checked.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

9. Exchanges

Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange an exchange.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you can return the original product and receive a refund in accordance with this Return Policy.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number and, if possible, photographs showing the problem and the packaging.

Do not return a defective or incorrect product at your own expense before contacting us. We will provide instructions for resolving the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this Return Policy.

12. Statutory Consumer Rights

This 30-day return policy is an additional service offered by Lureto.

It does not replace or restrict any rights you have under Dutch or European consumer law.

In particular, consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your statutory rights regarding withdrawal, defective products, conformity or other mandatory consumer protections.
