Shipping Policy

At Lureto, we offer free shipping on all orders.

1. Free Shipping

Shipping is always free for orders placed through the Lureto webshop.

There are no additional standard shipping charges added at checkout.

2. Order Processing

We aim to process and prepare your order within 48 hours after your order has been placed.

Orders are generally processed on working days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

5–7 working days.

Please note that this is an estimated delivery period and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as postal delays, transport disruptions, customs procedures or exceptionally busy periods.

4. Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by you during checkout.

Please make sure that your delivery details are correct before completing your order.

Lureto cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

7. Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost during delivery, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery service and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

8. International Orders

Where international shipping is offered, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges that are legally payable by the recipient will be handled in accordance with the rules applicable to the destination country.
