2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Lureto and to every agreement concluded between Lureto and a customer through the webshop.
Before placing an order, these Terms & Conditions are made available to the customer so that they can be read and saved.
If a specific product or agreement contains additional conditions, those conditions will apply only where they do not conflict with these Terms & Conditions or mandatory Dutch consumer law.
3. Products and product information
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible.
Product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other specifications are provided to give customers a clear impression of the product. Because colours may vary depending on a customer's screen and because many of our items have an individual or handmade character, minor differences may occur.
The most important characteristics of each product are stated on the relevant product page before the customer places an order.
4. Prices
All prices displayed in the webshop are stated in euros and include VAT where applicable.
Any applicable delivery or other additional costs will be shown during the ordering process before the customer completes the purchase.
Lureto reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors. If an order has been placed based on an obvious error in the price, Lureto will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Ordering and conclusion of the agreement
A customer can place an order by following the ordering process on the webshop.
Before completing the order, the customer will be shown an overview of the products ordered, the price and applicable delivery costs.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the ordering process is correct.
The agreement is concluded when the customer completes the order and the order has been accepted by Lureto.
After an order has been placed, Lureto will send an order confirmation by email.
Lureto reserves the right to refuse an order or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, for example where a product is unexpectedly unavailable or where there is an obvious error in the product information or price. If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available in the webshop.
The customer must pay the full amount stated at checkout, including applicable delivery costs.
If a payment cannot be completed, Lureto may suspend processing of the order until payment has been successfully received.
7. Delivery
Lureto will process and ship orders within the delivery period indicated on the webshop or during checkout.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
Lureto will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the stated delivery period. If an order is delayed unexpectedly, the customer will be informed where appropriate.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Lureto will inform the customer as soon as possible and, where applicable, refund any amount already paid for the unavailable product.
Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the consumer when the product has been received by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer.
8. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing products online, consumers generally have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
The customer has 14 days from the day after receiving the product to inform Lureto that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.
If an order consists of several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day after the customer receives the final product.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting:
Lureto / MonicaEzzatzorg
Beatrix van Egmondstraat 18
4133 HP Vianen
The Netherlands
Email: info@lureto-atelier.com
Telephone: +31 6 24083673
The customer may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms & Conditions, but is not required to do so.
From 25 June 2026, where applicable, customers may also use the online withdrawal function provided through the webshop.
9. Returning products
After notifying Lureto of the withdrawal, the customer must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal.
The customer is responsible for returning the product unless Lureto has agreed otherwise.
Products should be returned, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging. The customer may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The customer may be liable for a reduction in value if the product has been handled more extensively than necessary to inspect it.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can help ensure that the return is processed correctly.
10. Return shipping costs
Unless otherwise stated by Lureto, the customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning a product when exercising the right of withdrawal.
If a product is defective, incorrect or damaged upon arrival, the customer should contact us before returning it. In such cases, Lureto will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
11. Refunds
If the customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, Lureto will refund the payments received from the customer, including the standard delivery costs charged for the original shipment.
If the customer chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by Lureto, the additional delivery costs will not be refunded.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.
Lureto may wait with the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer provides evidence that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made within the legally applicable period.
12. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in situations where an exception under Dutch law applies.
If a particular product is excluded from the right of withdrawal, this will be clearly stated before the customer places the order.
Examples may include products that are made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised for the customer, where the legal conditions for an exception are met.
13. Legal guarantee and conformity
All products purchased from Lureto are covered by the statutory rights and guarantees applicable to consumers under Dutch law.
This means that a product should have the qualities and characteristics that the customer can reasonably expect from it based on the agreement, product description and circumstances of the purchase.
A manufacturer's or commercial warranty, if offered, does not limit the customer's statutory rights.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the agreement, the customer should contact Lureto as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the problem.
Depending on the circumstances, Lureto will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or another legally available remedy.
14. Damaged or incorrect products
If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, please contact us at info@lureto-atelier.com as soon as possible.
Please include the order number and, where useful, photographs of the product and packaging.
Lureto will assess the situation and work with the customer to find an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
15. Complaints
If a customer has a complaint about a product or our service, we ask them to contact us first:
Email: info@lureto-atelier.com
Telephone: +31 6 24083673
Address: Beatrix van Egmondstraat 18, 4133 HP Vianen, The Netherlands
We aim to respond to complaints as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within a reasonable period.
Submitting a complaint does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
16. Personal data
Lureto processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Customers can find information about how their personal data is collected, used and protected in the Privacy Policy on the Lureto website.
17. Intellectual property
All content on the Lureto webshop, including photographs, product images, text, logos, graphics, designs and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Lureto unless stated otherwise.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission from Lureto, except where permitted by mandatory law.
18. Liability
Lureto will not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory Dutch consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the customer's statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Lureto is not responsible for indirect loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside Lureto's reasonable control.
19. Force majeure
Lureto is not responsible for delays or failure to perform an obligation where this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, among other things, interruptions to transport, postal services, suppliers, payment providers, internet services or other circumstances that Lureto could not reasonably prevent.
If a force majeure situation continues for an extended period, Lureto and the customer will seek a reasonable solution in accordance with applicable law.
20. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
Lureto may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to an order is the version that was available to the customer at the time the agreement was concluded, unless a change is required by law or another mandatory legal requirement.
The latest version will always be published on the Lureto website.
21. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions and agreements between Lureto and consumers are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to consumers in their country of residence.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
